Actress Swati Bajpai, who is seen essaying the role of Ravee Chachi on "Waaris", is a spiritual person off screen.
According to sources from the sets, the entire unit of the &TV social drama feels positive because of her as she is into Buddhism and keeps chanting on the set.
"My profession as an actor gives me the opportunity to portray different characters which we come across in our daily life. In my current show 'Waaris', I am playing the role of Ravee, a negative character," Swati said in a statement.
"Initially, I was perturbed and had no confidence in performing a negative role. Chanting helped me to bring out the life condition of a Buddha in myself. I applied the same energy at my work place. And then I was able to give my 100 per cent to do the role," she added.
