Tamil director Gaurav Narayanan is gung ho about his team for having successfully completed the first schedule of "Sigaram Thodu" in extreme climatic conditions in the Himalayas.
"'Sigaram Thodu' first schedule successfully completed in Himalayas as planned. (It is) India's first movie to shoot the Gangotri temple opening ceremony amidst 20,000 people in -2 degree celsius," posted the film's director Gaurav on his Twitter page.
The film features Vikram Prabhu and Monal Gajjar in the lead. Actors such as Sathyaraj, Satish and Kovai Sarala will also be seen in important roles.
It is produced by UTV Motion Pictures and has music by D. Imman.
The film went on the floors May 5 in Haridwar and has been shot in places in and around the mountain range.
