Cricket kept him away from his family for most of his career but now Sachin Tendulkar makes the most of his time by spending it with his children -- son Arjun and daughter Sara.
The legendary cricketer revealed that he spends a lot of time with his son playing paintball, bowling and go-karting.
"I play paintball sometimes because of my son's demand. My friends and his friends make two teams we play best of three or best of five. It is a real bonding time for our family because at times my daughter Sara also joins in when she takes time out of her own interests," Tendulkar said while launching a gaming centre Smaaash here on Thursday.
"My son also enjoys bowling and we often visit a bowling alley. Earlier, when I was playing cricket, I did not have much time for my family but now it is about giving quality time to them which I feel is extremely important as it gives me immense satisfaction."
The former India captain drew large crowds at the cyber hub of Gurgaon. Word of mouth spread quickly as people got to know that Tendulkar was in the suburban town.
Tens became scores and scores became hundreds in a matter of minutes and as the loved cricketer walked out on to a stage to face the public with the chant of "Sachin, Sachin" reverberating once more.
