Top seeded Magda Linette of Poland will clash with giant killing qualifier Rika Fujiwara of Japan in the women's singles final of the Ganesh Naik $25,000 ITF Women's tennis tournament while British pair of Jocelyn Rae and Anna Smith lifted the doubles title.
In the singles semifinals Friday, Linette came back from being one set down to beat Kamila Keribayeva of Kazakhstan 6-8(6), 6-1, 7-5 while old warhorse Fujiwara stopped qualifier Anna Smith of Britain 6-4, 6-3 to make it to her first final in over three years.
"I had two difficult years in my career, not being able to play even for three weeks, but happy that this year I can play so many matches in a row. This is my 10th match in two weeks," said Fujiwara.
Smith however combined with compatriot Rae to win the doubles title as the British pair outplayed Oksana Kalashnikova of Georgia and Diana Marcinkevica of Latvia 6-4, 7-6(5).
The winners received prize money of Rs.90,000 and 50 points while the runners-up earned Rs. 44,710 and 34 points.
