Paris Saint-Germain centre-back Thiago Silva returned to his former club Fluminense as he began pre-season training ahead of schedule.
The 32-year-old completed a running and weights session at the Fluminense's Laranjeiras training base here on Saturday before posing for photos with staff and players, reports Xinhua news agency.
He has officially been on holiday since featuring in Brazil's 4-0 victory over Australia in Melbourne on June 13.
Paris Saint-Germain, who played their last match of the 2016-17 season on May 27, are due to resume training later this month.
Silva played 146 matches for Fluminense from 2006 to 2008 and is a product of the club's youth academy.
