Three killed in China building collapse

Three labourers were killed Monday in China's Gansu province Monday when an under-construction building for displaced people collapsed, authorities said.

The accident occurred as the building's foundation caved in, burying three workers nearby. Their bodies could be pulled out half-an- hour later, reported Xinhua citing the provincial safety watchdog.

A probe has been launched into the incident.
