Three killed in China yacht accident

At least three people were killed and three were reported missing after a yacht capsized in the sea off China's Jiangsu province Thursday afternoon, authorities said Friday.

The accident happened around 2.30 p.m., when a privately owned yacht carrying 14 people was sailing off Yangkou township, 100 km north of Shanghai, reported Xinhua.

Rescue teams have been dispatched to the area to conduct search operations.
