Three suicide bombers died Thursday night in Pakistan when they were on their way to carry out an attack in the port city of Karachi, police said.
The three suicide bombers got killed because one of the motorbikes they were riding slipped on the road due to rain, causing explosion of the bombs they were carrying with them in the city's Orangi Town, reported Xinhua citing Superintendent of Police Chaudhary Asad.
Police believe that the killed bombers were carrying bombs to target a religious gathering where thousands of people were present in the city.
The blasts scattered body parts of the militants all around the place.
However, nobody was injured due to less traffic in the wake of heavy rain in the city.
