'Executive Coaching' helps business leaders develop cutting edge entrepreneurial skills and achieve their goals.
Accordingly, Sankalp Forum has tied up with the Organisation Development Alternatives (ODA) to provide executive coaching to high-impact enterprises in India.
The programme will enable them to pinpoint their strengths and weaknesses, catalyse personal success as well as promote long-term organisational success, according to an ODA press release.
Since 2009, Sankalp Forum recognizes and supports innovative, sustainable enterprises in affordable healthcare, access to clean and safe water, agri-output, rural livelihoods, clean energy and women empowerment.
The ODA, which has been coaching senior business leaders in India for six years, will offer experienced coaches for the purpose, according to its managing director Santhosh Babu, a coaching expert.
