Serbian tennis player Janko Tipsarevic, who pulled out in 2015, will be back to compete at the $480,000 Chennai Open to be held here from January 4 to 10 in 2016.
On his seventh visit here and with his inclusion, the 20th edition of the tournament will see 10 players from the world's top-50, according to a release.
Tipsarevic won the men's singles title here in 2013 and the doubles crown, with India's Leander Paes, in 2012.
The title sponsor of the tournament is Aircel.
