Actress Tori Spelling's husband Dean McDermott has checked into a rehabilitation centre to address health and personal issues.
McDermott, who has four children - Liam (6), Stella (5), Hattie (2) and 15-month-old Finn with the former 'Beverly Hills 90210' actress, has confirmed that he is seeking treatment to address some personal issues, just one month after he was accused of having an affair with a woman.
The "Chopped Canada" host told People.com: "I am truly sorry for the mistakes I have made and for the pain I've caused my family.
"I take full responsibility for my actions and have voluntarily checked myself into a treatment centre to address some health and personal issues. I am grateful to be getting the help I need so I can become the husband and father my family deserves."
