The Trivandrum International School (TRINS) has become the first International Baccalaureate (IB) World School in Kerala and the only one offering IB programmes from kindergarten to Class 12.
TRINS now joins the ranks of a handful of international schools in India to offer one of the most sought-after, student-centric curriculum.
The achievement comes with the IB authorising TRINS to offer full-fledged Primary Year Programme (PYP) for the junior school, TRINS president George M. Thomas said Saturday.
Thomas, who hails from Kerala, is a businessman based in Oman.
"This is an exceptional achievement for us and demonstrates once again that TRINS continues to be a pioneer in the educational landscape of Kerala," said TRINS executive director Sapnu George.
