Two people were confirmed dead after a coach, overturned on an expressway in China's Gansu province Wednesday night, rescuers said.
The incident occurred when the coach broke through the guardrail on a section of an expressway between Jiayuguan and Jiuquan cities. It fell onto the roadbed at about 9 p.m. while being en route from Urumqi to Lanzhou with 50 people aboard, Xinhua reported.
The exact number of injured passengers could not be immediately known.
