Two people died on the spot and two others were critically injured in a road accident on Thursday in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district, police said.
"Maqbool Hussain and Manzoor Hussain, residents of Panhad and Kotdhara, respectively, under the jurisdiction of Rajouri police station, died on spot while Shagufta Begum, wife of Manzoor Hussain, and their three-year-old daughter Sadia were critically injured when the Maruti car in which they were travelling fell into a 300-feet-deep gorge on the Rajouri-Budhal Road," a senior police officer told IANS here.
"The injured have been admitted to Jammu hospital for specialized treatment," he said.
