Moscow, Aug 22 (IANS/WAM) Top defence officials from the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Russia on Wednesday held talks on enhancing military cooperation between the two countries.
Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Bowardi, UAE's Minister of State for Defence Affairs, met Colonel General Alexander Fomin, Deputy Minister of Defence of the Russian Federation, in Moscow.
They discussed ways of developing bilateral relations and enhancing cooperation in defence and military sector. The two sides also reviewed a number of regional and international issues of common concern.
