Abu Dhabi, April 28 (IANS/WAM) A joint military exercise between the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the US land forces has concluded successfully in Abu Dhabi.

Named Iron Claw 3, the training is part of the military exercises the UAE Armed Forces carry out throughout the year, with the aim of enhancing capability, gaining more field experience and understanding military doctrines.

All joint exercises follow the directives of President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan and the follow-up of Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan to upgrade capabilities and boost the readiness of the armed forces.
