Four-time Formula One champion Sebastian Vettel is testing with Ferrari for the first time since joining the Italian team.
Vettel tried out a Ferrari 458 Italia before climbing into the F2012, the Formula One car used two seasons ago at Ferrari's private Fiorano circuit, reports Xinhua.
The German's contract with Red Bull expired Friday and it was revealed last week that he had signed a three-year deal with Ferrari to replace Fernando Alonso.
Vettel faces a tough challenge to restore Ferrari's glory, with the Italian team having just concluded its first season without a win since 1993.
