The national capital experienced another consecutive warm day on Sunday with the maximum temperature settling one notch above the season's average at 36.6 degrees Celsius, Met office said. It forecast a partly cloudy sky on Monday.
"Haze is very likely to occur in the morning while the sky would be partly cloudy on Monday," said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 37 and 23 degrees Celsius, respectively.
Sunday's minimum temperature was recorded at 25.2 degrees Celsius, five notches above the season's average while the humidity ranged between 27 and 46 percent.
Saturday's maximum temperature settled at 37.5 degrees Celsius, four notches above the season's average, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 25.2 degrees Celsius, six notches above the season's average.
