Star all-rounder Shane Watson is unsure if he'll be ready in time for Australia's tri-series final in Perth Sunday.
Watson sat out of both last Friday's One-day International (ODI) against England and the washed-out Australia Day clash against India with a tight hamstring.
The ODI series wraps up Sunday, two weeks before the World Cup opener at the MCG.
"(It's) nothing too serious, but more so a precaution just to make sure it settles down over this week and be ready to go again by Sunday in Perth," he was quoted as saying by news.com.au Tuesday.
"If not then, the practice matches leading into the World Cup."
Australia are scheduled to play two warm-up games, against India in Adelaide Feb 8 and the UAE at the Melbourne Cricket Ground three days later.
