The bullet-riddled body of a youth was found in Shopian district of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday, police said.
The body of the youth, identified as Rasik Ahmad Khan, 24, was found in Tirkiwangam village of Shopian district on Monday, a senior police officer told IANS here, adding that his hands were tied behind his back.
Locals informed police after spotting the body.
The youth belonged to Washollan village of Shopian district and was running a photostat shop.
Police said they have registered a case over the killing and investigation has been started.
