Youth thrown out of running train in Bengal, killed

A youth died Saturday after he was allegedly thrown out of a running train near Diamond Harbour in the Sealdah division of Eastern Railway, police said.

A Government Railway Police official said Kalu Mollah, 31, was attacked by two people who allegedly threw him out of a local passenger train near Diamond Harbour.

The two alleged culprits were caught and handed over to the GRP by locals.

Police were trying to ascertain the circumstances that led to the incident.
