Bihar in cabinet reshuffle?

When BJP Member of Parliament from Bhagalpur, Syed Shahnawaz Hussain, was asked about the recent Cabinet reshuffle and why his home state Bihar was not given priority in the Union government’s decision to induct more people from the state, the BJP leader sarcastically quipped: “Who says Bihar was not represented in the Cabinet reshuffle? The minister of state for parliamentary affairs Rajiv Shukla technically represents my home state because he is married to a Bihari, Anuradha Prasad.” Anuradha Prasad is sister of BJP general secretary Ravi Shankar Prasad.
