School Education Secretary Anil Swarup received a lot of ideas, suggestions and good wishes on LinkedIn following his transfer from the coal ministry. The bureaucrat thanked all for their “kind wishes and extremely useful suggestions”. He added that transfer, like death, was inevitable for a civil servant until he obtained “nirvana” by way of superannuation. What really matters is his “karma”.
