Jashodaben asks, Congress celebrates

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's estranged wife Jashodaben has suddenly hit the headlines with her Right To Information (RTI) query demanding from the authorities details of the order by which she had been assigned Special Protection Group security cover and the other perks to which she is entitled as the PM's wife. Jashodaben, who initially kept the media at arm's length, now has been willingly photographed with her RTI query. This has provided enough ammunition to the Congress. Its spokesperson Shakeel Ahmed who, while extending his sympathies to the lady, had this to add, "It is thanks to the Right to Information law brought in by the Congress-led UPA that she has been able to seek information that she is rightfully entitled to."
