While other ministers of the Trinamool Congress feel elated to meet the party chief Mamata Banerjee, Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting CM Jatua feels the opposite. He recently confessed to a party colleague: “Every time I get a call from Mamatadi, I become nervous.

I fear she will ask me to resign from the ministerial post and take up organisational work.” Jatua was once asked to leave the ministry and become the district Trinamool president by Banerjee. He pleaded with her and managed to save his job.
