Ministers ticked off

All ministers in the Narendra Modi government were told to fan out across India to hold press conferences and reach out to the people to showcase the government's achievements on its second anniversary. Those who didn't take the diktat seriously, or tried to shirk their task citing personal engagements were ticked off.
