If posters and their placement speak a thousand words, then those of newly appointed Health Minister Harsh Vardhan could be considered an indicator of a short stint in this central ministry. Posters of him with Prime Minister Narendra Modi festooned central Delhi after the BJP's election victory. Since the swearing-in of the council of ministers, however, stand-alone posters of Harsh Vardhan have popped up all over east and west Delhi. It is no secret that Harsh Vardhan fervently hopes to become Delhi's next chief minister whenever the Assembly elections are held, and this poster-fest could well be his way of staying on message with the city-state's electorate.
