It was carnival time for the Congress in Delhi after the results came in with party workers and supporters celebrating their victory with music and fireworks across the capital. Some of them decided that they would make a double point with their revels — a particularly long and loud celebration was held outside the party headquarters of the CPM. Their erstwhile allies must certainly have got the message.
