The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is in desperate search for a candidate who can be pitted against Congress' Priya Dutt, who is a member of Parliament from Mumbai's north-west constituency. The party's first choice was to pick someone from the Bollywood brigade of Hema Malini, Raveena Tandon and Nana Patekar. But the party was left disappointed when all of them plainly refused to stand against Dutt (who is actor Sanjay Dutt's sister). However, the BJP has not given up yet, and has started another search.
