At a talk organised by the Pratichi trust and the human resources development ministry, Nobel laureate Amartya Sen said he’d been talking of the centrality of literacy for so long that journalists tell him he continues to repeat the same old stuff. “I would rather say relevant news rather than new news and I will continue to do so in future,” Sen said.
