Says P Manivannan, chief project officer of Karnataka State Highways Improvement Project, and the brain behind the app, “The mobile app will make sure those who wish to reach out to him know whether he is at a project site in districts or at his office in Bengaluru, so that they can plan visits to meet him accordingly.”
