Donald Trump may be a big brand abroad but Indians are not so ready to lighten their bank balances for apartments endorsed by him in Mumbai. Priced at Rs 9 crore, the flats constructed by Lodha Builders are receiving little interest from consumers owing to their high price tag. Taking advantage of the situation, Lodha's immediate competitor Indiabulls indulged in a little ambush marketing by selling flats worth Rs 1,500 crore in a week by dropping its prices in Mumbai's tony Worli area - exactly when Trump's lavish ad campaign was on in the city. Trump's turn to be trumped?
