Two-party system

Central Bureau of Investigation director Ranjit Sinha hosted a big party in the capital to celebrate his daughter's wedding a few days ago. The party was attended by top bureaucrats, members of parliament and so on. The very next day, Sinha threw another party with the same caterers and decorators - but this was purely for staff members, including his drivers and peons.
