Chiranjeevi said his brother should have talked about the role of the Opposition parties before pointing a finger at the Congress.
On Pawan Kalyan's decision to launch a new party, the minister said his brother had a lot of passion to serve society.
Disagreeing with his brother's criticism against the Congress party, he said the party was responsible for revolutionary changes in society.
