Delhi Police today asked Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, who began a dharna outside Rail Bhavan along with his six ministers, to shift his protest to Jantar Mantar, citing prohibitory orders in the high-security area.

Police said they will not allow the demonstration to continue in the area and have requested the Chief Minister to shift to Jantar Mantar, the designated protest hot-spot of the city.

Defying prohibitory orders, Kejriwal accompanied by his ministers attempted to go to North Block housing the Home Ministry to lodge their protest but the police stopped them outside the Rail Bhavan.
