"I promise to protect Muslim culture, tradition and language and appeal to you all to vote in favour of the party in the Lok Sabha polls," Yadav said while addressing Muslim leaders and clerics at the party's office here.
The SP leader said whether his party remained in power or not he always fought in the interest of the community and would continue to do so.
