The VHP will not launch any agitation for construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya till assembly polls in Uttar Pradesh next year, leader of the right-wing organisation Pravin Togadia said here on Tuesday.

Tagodia said the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) is committed to construction of the Ram temple.

"Ram temple in Ayodhya will be constructed, it is a certain fact," he said.

He also supported the liquor ban and lauded the Bihar government's decision on prohibition.
