ElectroMech enhances its product line with Light weight crane systems

Announces the HB Series cranes for the auto industry

Pune based ElectroMech, India’s leading industrial crane manufacturer and customized material handling solutions provider today announced the addition of HB Crane Systems to its already impressive product line. ElectroMech has collaborated with ABUS (leading European crane manufacturer) for manufacturing this range in India. The Light weight crane system from ABUS range of products called the HB-System is one of the most successful developments in lifting and material handling technology, combining the effectiveness of a stationary hoist with the mobility of an overhead crane, efficiently and cost-effectively.

The HB Cranes cater to a wide range of load handling applications from 80kg to 2000kg and are used extensively in the automobile assembly lines. Other areas where this product is used include tool room, work stations, machine shops, light fabrication shops, for handling smaller components in a store and multiple access areas through point to point coverage by curved tracks. The System can be adapted and individually fitted in almost any type of room or ceiling design from wood to steel and can be easily maintained or modified.

With its modular design, the system can simply be tailored to provide cost-effective solutions for user’s applications. This series of cranes feature an extremely low-build design, ensuring that maximum hook height can be reached in the space which is available. The drives and hoists provide a variety of electrical functions for more rational, safer working – with low noise, smooth starting and lifting and smooth switching between speeds.
