EXL Rings NASDAQ Opening Bell

Vikram Talwar, Executive Chairman, and Rohit Kapoor, President and CEO of ExlService Holdings, Inc. (“EXL”) (NASDAQ:EXLS), rang the NASDAQ Opening Bell at 9:30 a.m. ET on Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at the NASDAQ MarketSite® in New York City’s Times Square. The event commemorated EXL’s 10-year anniversary and launch of the Company’s new corporate identity.

Speaking on the occasion, Vikram Talwar, Executive Chairman said, “It is a pleasure to be here today to ring the NASDAQ Opening Bell.
