Godrej Properties launches 2nd phase of Godrej Frontier

The real estate major opens bookings for the 2nd phase of its residential project in Gurgaon

Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) (BSE: GODREJPROP), the real estate development arm of the Godrej Group, today announced that it has opened bookings for the 2nd phase of Godrej Frontier, its residential project in Gurgaon. The company had sold over 200 apartments, translating to over 480,000 sqft, in the 1st phase within 2 days of its launch on 23rd October this year.

Located in Sector 80 of Gurgaon, this is the company’s first residential project in northern India and the company will develop approximately 1.05 million square feet on 9 acres of land.

This phase of Godrej Frontier consists of 3 and 4 BHK apartments ranging from 1930 to 3160 sqft approximately. The project enjoys extensive green and open areas and has the added advantage of facing a 36-meter wide green belt. Godrej Frontier is strategically located within NCR’s growth corridor, has frontage on NH-8 and is close to the industrial township of Manesar. The project has excellent connectivity with Delhi and its satellite towns through NH 8 and it is walking distance from the proposed Metro station.  The project site is located approx 20 km from the Indira Gandhi International Airport. There are three 5-star hotels projects underway and two golf courses in the vicinity.

Godrej Properties’ is developing this project under a joint venture development model.  Godrej Properties’ joint venture partner for this project is M/s. Frontier Home Developers Pvt. Ltd.
