Govt of Maharashtra confers "Mega Project" Status for Mandhana Ind

India’s most innovative manufacturer of textiles & garments, Mandhana Industries Limited have been conferred “Mega Project” status by Government of Maharashtra for their Garment Project at Tarapur & Baramati, and Weaving and Processing Project at Tarapur, on the basis of proposed employment generation in the developing regions of the State of Maharashtra. With this status of “Mega Project” Mandhana Industries Limited will be entitled to receive incentives like Electricity Duty Exemption, Stamp Duty Exemption as well as Industrial Promotion Subsidy under Package Scheme of Incentives, 2007.

Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Manish Mandhana – Jt. Managing Director, Mandhana Industries Limited said, “The Mega Project status enables us to get a number of concessions which will provide a positive boost to our business.”
