IndianOil, celebrating its 50th Golden Jubilee during 2009, has been adjudged the ‘Most Trusted Brand’ in the Petrol Station Category in India in a survey by Reader’s Digest, in collaboration with the reputed research house, Nielsen Media Research.
The award was received by Mr. H.S.Bedi, Executive Director(Retail Sales) at a function held here yesterday. The primary emphasis of the Readers Digest survey is on ‘Trust’ as the key attribute in the customer’s relationship with the brand. The Readers Digest Award selects the best brands across various Asian countries including Hong Kong, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and India.
IndianOil is a heritage brand at one level and a contemporary, global brand at another level and is universally acknowledged as a national symbol that has always been on the forefront to safeguard India’s oil security, core sector investments and national defence.
