The IPO of MBL Infrastructure Limited got subscribed 1.82 times today when the issue closed. The HNI portion got subscribed 2.65 times retail segment was subscribed 0.38 times and QIB 3.35 times. Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Private Ltd. is the book running lead manager.
An integrated infrastructure construction and project development and maintenance company, MBL Infrastructure Ltd. entered the capital market with its IPO of 57, 00,000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each on November 27, 2009. The main purpose of the IPO is to invest in capital equipments, and working capital requirements. MBL has projected a capital expenditure plan of approx. Rs. 55crs to add to its existing large fleet of equipments. The ownership of capital equipments would strengthen MBL’s execution capacity for complex projects and would be economical in the long run.
