Rahul Pal joins Taurus Mutual Fund as Head - Fixed Income

Mr. Rahul Pal has joined Taurus Mutual Fund in the capacity of Vice President as Head of Fixed Income, w.e.f 1st June 2010.

Rahul has 9 years of work experience with expertise in Fixed Income investments. In his last assignment at Sundram BNP Paribas Mutual Fund, Rahul was designated as Vice President & Fund Manager-Fixed Income. In his 6 years stint at Sundram BNP Paribas MF, he managed designated debt schemes in accordance with the investment philosophy and objectives, to achieve returns which meet the aspirations of the investor through the process of strategic fund management.

Rahul started his career at IDBI, where he worked for 3 years in Treasury as Manager. Rahul comes with an experience of active trading and investments in all kinds of debt Instruments and is considered good at bond analysis and preparing a strategy for optimum deployment of funds in the various instruments to maximize yield, apart from a good knowledge of dealing in Derivatives viz Interest Rate Swaps.
