Sesa Goa awarded for best practices in talent management

at Asia's best employer brand awards ceremony in Singapore

Sesa Goa Limited has been awarded with the ‘Best Practices in Talent Management’ Award at the 2nd Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards 2011. The award was announced at an event organised by Employers Brand Institute and World Human Resource Development Congress (WHC) in Singapore recently with CMO Asia as a strategic partner.

Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards are conferred on individuals and organisations that have surpassed several levels of excellence and have been exemplary role models or leaders and have made remarkable strides in their areas. The awards aim to recognise the best of the best, and to benchmark talent and HR practices.

The Asia’s Best Employer Brand Awards are given away in the areas of best employer brand, HR professional of the year, HR leadership, young HR professional, talent management, talent development and talent innovation among other categories. With over 100 entries from different companies across 19 countries, Sesa Goa was conferred with the Best Practices in Talent Management award.

Other prominent winners in various categories include Hindustan Unilever, Larsen & Toubro, NTPC, Procter & Gamble Asia (Singapore), Nokia Siemens Networks (Malaysia), Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services among others.
