Thinksoft Global retains CII-Exim Bank Award for second year in row

Thinksoft Global Services Ltd. a pure-play software testing company, has been commended for its ‘strong commitment to Excel’ by the Confederation of Indian Industry. This was declared during the award distribution ceremony conducted recently in Bengaluru to honor the winners of CII-EXIM Bank Award for Business Excellence, 2010 jointly instituted by Confederation of Indian Industry and Export-Import Bank of India.

Mr. Asvini Kumar, Managing Director of Thinksoft Global Services Ltd. remarked, “We are delighted to be honored with this recognition. This is a motivator to earn more laurels and add value to customers and stakeholders.”

Thinksoft participated in the category of Small and Medium Businesses and the jury assessed the participants on various parameters including Leadership, Process efficiency, HR practices, organizational growth, business model etc.

CII and Export-Import (EXIM) Bank of India jointly established the Award for Business Excellence in 1994 with the aim to enhance the 'Competitiveness of India Inc.’ The Business Excellence Model is based on universally accepted standards and practices prevalent across the world. Apart from recognition, the model provides a holistic management framework to achieve Excellence.
