Election agent for Pranab Mukherjee appointed

In a letter to the Assistant Returning Officer of Arunachal Pradesh on July 9, Mukherjee informed that Richo has been appointed as his authorized representative for dealing with matters relating to the Presidential elections, official sources said here today.
