'Gangnam Style' has received more than 805,000,000 views since it debuted on YouTube on July 15, whereas Bieber's 'Baby', at the same time, settled on slightly more than 803,000,000 since its February 2010 release, reported Ace Showbiz.
The 34-year-old rapper's famous horse-riding dance also held another record on YouTube by being the Most Liked video ever posted with more than 5.3 million likes.
Both Psy and Bieber, 18, are under the management of Scooter Braun and a collaboration is in plan.
"We just made a phone call and I talked to him and said 'Hey, so many people asked did you meet Justin Bieber?' What he told me was he is really good at the dancing, my one, the horse dance. So, I'm really looking forward to it," Psy said.
