According to the police, a chemical drum exploded at Echotech 3 area fiber manufacturing factory workshop.
While one worker identified as Rajinder died on the spot, the two injured-- Deepu and Omprakash were admitted to Kailash hospital.
Their condition is stable, police said.
Workers said the drum contained an old chemical, they said.
Meanwhile, the factory owner has fled and the police have launched a manhunt to arrest him, said Brijesh Singh SP (Rural).
