Zohmingthanga said two women - Rosie R. Ralte (29) of Aizawl and Gingoniangi (35) of Khawmawi hamlet from neighbouring Myanmar were arrested on charge of possession of the drug.
The contraband was worth around Rs four lakh in the local market, he said.
The accused were booked under relevant sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, he added.
